Matt agreed to DJ our backyard wedding; we were nervous because we had never hired a DJ before, and had no idea what to expect. I was afraid a DJ might try to overpower the reception and play old school wedding music, but Matt was the complete opposite! Matt does a fantastic job of reading the room and playing music that is appropriate for the mood/setting. He is professional, easy-going, and thoughtful. He is not thrown-off by changes in plans, which was relieving when planning a wedding. Matt even stayed a little late because everyone was having fun dancing! Can’t recommend him enough!!

Matt Minnehan was the perfect choice as our wedding day DJ. He met with us several times before the wedding to ensure we had the day planned and knew where his services would be needed. We were not necessarily great at making decisions (some stress in making those wedding day decisions), but he was both patient & understanding in the pressures that come with planning a wedding.
Matt provided the music & sound system for our ceremony as well as our reception. He was such an important part in making our big day go so well. He was basically a partial coordinator once the day started, and we are so grateful for all he did for us.
Once the reception started, Matt played a great mix that kept the dance floor packed the whole night. In fact, the weather prevented us from having our outside “after party” and Matt said he would stay an extra hour to keep the dancing going. He went above and beyond to help make it a day we won’t soon forget. We will never forget all he did for us.
